How to Register Online....
You must register with NESO & Reserve your room separately.

1. Register with NESO on this page....scroll down to Online Reservation Form
2. After you register with NESO you must Reserve your room by calling 304-296-1700 or book online at www.waterfrontplacehotel.com (room rate is $79 sgl / dbl) please enter NESO CONVENTION as the Group ID to get our special rate.

**Note: To receive the special room rate of $79, you must reserve your room with Waterfront Place Hotel no later than Jan 13, 2012.

• Payment Choices for NESO Online registration- 
  1. Bring your payment to the convention (cash,check,visa,master card,Discover) 
  2. Mail your check to: NESO attn Jeff Haynes, 140 Cadle Dr., Cross Lanes, WV 25313.  
  3. Call Jeff Haynes with your cc number at 304-562-7355

*This form DOES NOT Reserve your room, you must Reserve your Room at Waterfront Hotel separately by calling(304)296-1700  Room Rate is $79 Sgl/Dbl. Be sure to mention you are with the NESO Convention.

You may also reserve your room online at www.waterfrontplacehotel.com You must enter NESO CONVENTION as the Group ID. Room rate cut off is Dec 28, 2011.

• Room Rate at Waterfront Hotel is $79 Single / Double (reserve by Dec 28, 2011)
• NESO Full Registration - $100 per person ($125 after 12/1/11) Children 12 & under $55 ($65 after 12/1/11) - includes all food and functions for entire convention
• NESO One day food Pass - Adult $40($50 after 12/1/10)- includes food and functions for 1 day Children 12 & under $15($25 after 12/1/10) 
• NESO ServSafe Class Thursday 1/26/12- NESO members $100 - Non-members $125 ( Limited space, you must pre-register below)
• No Charge if you are only attending Exhibits and/or Speakers Presentations
• Walk-Ins are always welcome!
• If you have more than 6 attendees in your group, submit an additional form
