All members are encouraged to attend and if necessary, cast their votes via one of the following:

3. *Submit your Registration & proxy form ONLINE CLICK HERE    

All Members please fill out the registration form and PROXY, EVEN IF YOU ARE ATTENDING IN PERSON or VIA ZOOM/PHONE.
If you are in attendance at the meeting you may vote outside of your proxy.

The NESO Board of Directors will be attending in person for the meeting at Oglebay Resort. 

There is currently no planned Food or Functions other than the meeting itself.  But if you would like to get away to the beautiful Oglebay Resort and visit with other operators…things to do like….nearby Wheeling Island Casino, Oglebay Museums & Zoo.  You can reserve your room by calling877-436-1797 and let them know you are with the NESO/Dairy Queen group.

*Discussion of 2025 NESO Convention Location

*Election of Directors: Four (4) directors terms are up:
               1. Tom Cleary, Wellington OH
               2. Keith Schreiber, Conneaut OH
               3. Pat Mulherin, Lexington OH
               4. Corby Leach, Logan OH

The NESO Nomination committee is recommending these 4 persons to be considered.
