North Eastern Store Owners, Inc. was established in 1971. It’s members are DQ® franchisees from WV and surrounding states including OH, VA, PA & KY who are also members of DQOA®. It’s purpose is to colaborate with DQOA on franchisee related national issues and to address other related issues on a local and regional level. It’s Board of Directors currently consists of 18 operators located throughout the region. NESO holds a yearly Convention and Trade Show normally in the latter part of January at which its members come to meet with fellow operators and local suppliers and vendors.
